Prior to partnering with Fusion Now Agency, KSM Carrier Group had an online presence that was well established, but it was not reaching the audience they wanted. While the driver shortage is an issue across the industry, it does not necessarily need to be an issue for a carrier. We met with KSM in order to identify & establish their target audiences & set clear goals. We completed an overhaul on KSM’s website and social media accounts. Since the overhaul, we have continued to create high quality content across numerous campaigns in order to drive leads to engage and apply. With our team’s help, they have been able to increase lead flow, lead to hire conversion, brand recognition across all platforms. Most importantly, they have gone from over 12% unseated trucks to less than 3% unseated trucks.
